Discreet packaging

Orders ship in plain outer packaging. We do not put the product name or adult branding on the outside of the box.

Processing and delivery

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days with tracking. Delivery times vary by carrier. Times are estimates, not guarantees.

When the package ships, we send a tracking number. You can look it up on Cainiao Global tracking or the carrier shown on your tracking page.

Where we ship

Checkout lists allowed countries. We may not ship to every region. You are responsible for local laws on importing adult products.

No returns

GoonGlove is an intimate product. For hygiene and health reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges — including unused, unopened, or change-of-mind orders. We cannot restock or resell the item once it has shipped.

By completing checkout you agree that you are not entitled to return the product. This is not a defect window and not a trial period.

If a carrier marks the package lost, or it comes back to us because of an address error on the order, email support@goonglove.com with your order email and tracking number before we reship. Extra shipping may apply. That is a delivery issue, not a product return.

Where consumer law in your location gives you rights we cannot legally exclude, those rights still apply.
